Check In / Check Out
Standard check in is from 4pm & check out is by 10am.
This property offers 'Early Check In' at the following rates:
- From 2pm - £40
- From 3pm - £20
'Late Check Out' is offered at the following rates:
- By 11am - £25
- By 12pm - £50
Please let us know if you wish to add either of these to your booking and payment is to be made at the time of ordering this with us.
Maid Service
Marches Way offers a 'Maid Service' at £20 per day. Maid service includes cleaning the property, turning down the beds, as well as replacing any dirty towels and replenishing any other products. Upon booking please add to the notes which day you would like this service or message us to book.
Pet Friendly
Marches Way is a pet friendly and accepts up to 2 dogs. There is no enclosed garden with this property so dogs are to be kept on leads whilst outside.
At no time are any dogs to be left inside the property unattended, the site is located on a working farm, please be mindful & careful around the livestock with dogs.
Additional pets may be permitted at extra cost, contact us for further information & charges.

All bed linen is provided.1 hand towel & 1 bath sheet are provided per guest.
If using the hot tub we recommend also bringing your own towels too!
Cots & Highchairs
We are happy to provide a travel cot & a high chair for your stay. These are to be booked through us prior to your stay.The travel cots do not have bedding included.
Hot Tub & Outside Area
Marches Way has its own private hot tub, what better way to relax during your stay then making full use of this whilst admiring the beautiful view!The hot tubs are emptied, cleaned & re filled at every change over - please be mindful that they may not be quite up to temperature when you first arrive.
There is outside seating & also a fire pit at the property, we offer Log Packages which can be found on our 'Hampers' page.
Kitchen
The kitchen comes complete with hobs, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, toaster & kettle.We leave for all guests, a tea towel, sponge & cloth, tea coffee & sugar, fairy liquid, coffee for the machine, a glass bottle of locally sourced milk & a pack of the ever popular Welsh Tregroes Waffles.
Top Tip: Place one of the Tregroes Waffles over your cup of tea or coffee to leave a soft, gooey waffle which is even more delicious!
In the cupboards you will find: mugs, water glasses, wine glasses, bowls, dinner plates & tea plates as well as cutlery. For cooking, baking trays, utensils, mixing bowls, oven dishes.
Bathroom
In the bathroom you will find a shower, hand sink, flushing toilet & heated towel rail as well two rolls of toilet paper & hand soap.Hampers

Meet Gemma, Ben and Jake..
Marches Way is a property owned by Gemma, Ben & Jake. Along with Ben & Jakes father, Howell and his grand children, three generations work to keep the site and guest experience above satisfactory, it really is a family run business!
Ben, Gemma and their 3 children live just down the road from the 'The Views' site, so they are never far away if you have any questions or enquiries about your stay.
On site, there are Underground Houses, Shepherds Huts & Glamping Pod's as well as the HolidaysWales Agency Office, so don't be afraid to drop in and say 'Hi' & if you wish to book again we can offer a 10% discount on a return stay!
'The Views' is run along side a beef and sheep farm, so you’ll see lots of our four legged friends around the place.
This property is located on a working farm.

Stayed 3 nights here and it was a shame we didn’t book for more! Absolutely beautiful place to stay, everything was perfect about it and the added bonus of the hot tub was amazing. The homemade raspberry lemonade was a lovely touch and it was really nice to! The massive enclosed garden was perfect to let your dog/s roam around freely. Already spoke about coming back to stay with my partner as it was that good!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Marches Way and it didn’t disappoint. we love the location, the peacefulness of the site and the hut is beautiful. The hot tub is a bonus. Ideal spot for visiting Elan valley for a spot of cycling and taking in the beauty of our wonderful country.

This was my first time going on a solo shirt break and it didn’t disappoint. I wish I booked to stay longer. Marches Way and its location were peaceful and stunning, surrounded by the countrysides of Rhayader and in close driving proximity to Elan Valley.

We stayed for a long weekend and wish we booked longer! We couldn’t fault anything! The property itself was beautiful, very clean and provided us with everything we needed! The views were perfect too! The secure garden was perfect for our pup – was so lovely to let him run around and not have to worry! We will be booking again!

The most amazing getaway here at Marches Way. With the beautiful views, lots to do around and the cosiest hut to spend the nights. We’ve had such an amazing time and if it wasn’t fully booked this weekend we would have booked to stay longer. WE WILL BE BACK!! Incredible place!

Our 1st trip away together and it was amazing! Everyone was so helpful throughout the planning. Taxi driver was superb and so friendly. The cabin is so cosy and has just about everything we needed. The hot tub is the ‘star of the show’ paired with the beautiful views! Can’t wait to come back!

Well, our sixth visit to these Pods & Huts. The views are still amazing and hot tubs lovely!! The new Underground Houses are now finished at the front and looking stunning, Can’t wait to come back and the dogs love coming here!
