- How do we know what is included in the property we have booked?
On each property all the information you could need is under the ‘Essentials’ tab, from whats included in the kitchen to how the property is heated!
- Nearest Supermarket and places to eat?
On each Property listed on our website you will find a ‘Eating & Drinking’ tab, on there you should find all the information you need from Cafes, to Pub Grub to Local Butchers.
- Are your properties self catered?

We have something for everyone! We have accommodation that sleeps 2 guests all the way up to 16 – perfect for romantic get away’s or big family get together’s! We also have several properties together so can accommodate large groups of people on some sites
- How do we access the property when we arrive?
When we receive the full balance you will then receive a ‘Further Information’ email which will contain all the information that you need for you stay which includes:
- Full address
- How to access the property
- Check in/out times
- Recommendations of local places to eat
- Contact details for the property owner
- Do you provide Towels and Bedding?
Yes! All of our properties will supply you with fresh bed linen and towels! We do recommend bringing your own towels too if you are intending to make use of the Hot Tub.
- Do any of the properties have a bath tub?
Some of our Holiday Cottages have Bath Tubs, as well as our New Hobbit Houses, Rabbits View & Hedgehogs View!
- Do the properties come with parking?
Yes – all have on site parking next to the property.
- Do any of the properties have a fire pit?
A number of our properties have fire pits, which is specified at the top of each property page! If you wish to purchase a Logs Package for your stay, click here to head to our Hampers page.
- How do I pay my balance? And when do I pay?
The balance can be paid whenever you like! We will however send out a ‘Balance Reminder’ prior to your stay with a link to make payment. Full payments must be made six weeks prior to check in.
- Can we pay our balance in part payments?
Yes, if you simply let us know we can enable custom payment on your booking – we do however still require the full balance to be paid six weeks before arrival.
- How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as soon as you can – although we will post any late availability/cancellations on our Social Media.
To get the dates you would like, you have to be quick!
- Do you accept dogs?
We have lots of properties that accept pets – this is stated at the top of each property page or click here to view them.
- Do you have a minimum night stay?
Yes! But this does vary from property to property. Do check our calendars here!
- What is your check-in and check-out times?
They do vary from property to property – but most are 4pm check-in and 10am check-out (please do check the property first).
- Are you wheelchair friendly?

- Best Properties for a Romantic Getaway?
We really love Beudy Bach for a romantic getaway! Sleeps 2, has a gorgeous private hot tub and also a cosy log burner! But we also have lots of cosy shepherds huts and pods that are perfect, and also Dyffryn Ceri and The Tin Shed are an extra touch of luxury
