The Upper Kite is a uniquely designed one bedroom first floor apartment, accessed by an external staircase, with a king bedroom and plush sofa bed in lounge area. The open plan living room with kitchen and dining area has been tastefully decorated with an abundance of original beam features. Herringbone flooring in the kitchen teamed with traditional oak beams gracing the ceiling & rustic stone walls, this cosy apartment is full of genuine charm creating a warm and welcoming space.
This quaint apartment really is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of modern life and surrounded by rolling hills and green fields, its the perfect spot to enjoy rural Wales. If you're looking for a property with lots to do, this is the one! With an indoor heated swimming pool & sauna, fishing lake, tennis court, pitch & putt, children's outdoor play area, large games room with pool table, table tennis, table football, a large collection of DVDs and even a communal BBQ area, there really is an abundance of things to do for the whole family during your time at The Upper Kite. Better still? There are some idyllic walks & public footpaths directly from the door so ensure to pack those walking boots if you want to view some of Mid Wales' most idyllic views by foot.

On site, there are a number of facilities free for you to use! Relax in the sauna after a dip in the indoor heated pool. Or why not play a game of tennis or a round of golf or even a game of pool in the games room! -
