Step into the spacious kitchen/diner where you will be greeted by a delightful area for cooking up a storm or entertaining fellow guests. With amenities such as washing machine, tumble drier & dishwasher you can ensure household chores during your stay are kept to the very minimum. The traditional, wooden dining table with comfortable, high back upholstered chairs where better to tuck into that Saturday night takeaway or home cooked, family favourite meal.

Head to the charming living area to relax and unwind, with a mixture of rustic, wooden beams and vibrant colours from the teal & orange, velour corner sofa this area really is a treat for the eye. Kick back in front of the flat screen TV and get stuck into your favourite series, and on the cooler evenings, snuggle in front of the electric fire, doesn't that sound cosy?

Downstairs, two of the three bedrooms this property has to offer are located as well as a family shower room complete with WC, hand basin & heated towel rail.

The twin room is ideal for the children of the group with two singles beds and vibrant, multi coloured throws & pillows, the perfect splash of colour which complements the traditional beams. This bedroom also has a dressing table with mirror.

For any guests with limited mobility, the ground floor king room is the perfect addition. Complete with wall mounted TV & again, dressing table with mirror.

Head upstairs for the delightful master bedroom and what a delight it is! The comfy, double bed is set under sloping ceilings and framed by traditional wooden beams, the perfect spot for an early night or a cosy lie in. Across the small landing is the en suite, compete with WC, basin, heated towel rail and the stylish, freestanding bath, an ideal escape when full of bubbles!

Outside, The Granary has the perfect place to make memories with fellow guests, with comfy outdoor seating and a private hot tub where better to gaze up at the stars on a warm Summers evening with a glass of bubbly in hand. This perfect property is also pet friendly so you can ensure your four legged friend doesn't miss out on the fun too!

Swallows Rest is a short distance from the quaint town of Montgomery, full of delightful little shops, delicatessens and even a historic mediaeval castle to explore.
