Meet Eluned and James..
James and Lin Jones live just down the road from the Maesgwyn, Beacon View Barns & Beacon View Pods with their three children, Ceri, Rhys and Sian. You may see them around the farm & properties getting on with their duties.
Maesgwyn is family home for Llewelyn who is James' Dad, Llew is still an active member of the farming team.
The Jones family started doing holiday lets in the farmhouse in 2015 and expanded in 2017 by converting old barns & also gaining two Pods after much success with Maesgwyn.
The Environment ..
James, Lin & family farm mainly beef and sheep across a 400+ acre farm. Their busiest time of year is always lambing so during the months of March & April guests may be lucky enough to see some lambs being born in the surrounding fields of the properties.
During the Summer time there wll be plenty of tractor spotting as there will be lots of harvest work to be done!

Fabulous week spent at Beacon View Barns, a lovely property with stunning views that just make you want to relax. The property was sparkling clean, had everything you could need for a very comfortable stay, it’s dog friendly and has a very nice hot tub. We came for a nice quiet week to celebrate my partners birthday and it was perfect. We enjoyed walking locally some of the views off local high points are not to be missed and then you can stroll home to the tub. The garden is secure for the dog to wander about and ours enjoyed a sunbath (all be it in November), everything is just right for a relaxing time. There is lots to do attractions wise a short drive away if that’s your thing, this truly is a stunning part of the world.
Lin & James thank you for a great holiday.

A well maintained and equipped holiday accommodation with stunning views and walks to the local villages. Not too far to some larger towns for shopping or just visiting. Also well situated to visit larger towns in England & Wales with other attractions.
The little extras of tea, coffee milk, flowers and a bottle of wine were greatly appreciated after a long journey. The hosts were also very helpful with our sons O2 medical/equipment needs and we were sorry to leave.
Lin & James thank you for a great holiday.
