At the rear of the pod, a luxurious king-size bed invites you to enjoy a long, restful lie-in, while the sofa conveniently converts into a double bed for additional guests. Trewern Ganol is a beautiful family-run farm, managed by brothers Dafydd and Owain. Dafydd lives on-site with his wife Heather and their adorable son, Cillian.
Heather brings a unique touch to the farm—she trains horses for film and television and also provides equine therapy to care homes, combining her love for animals with meaningful community work.
Both Dafydd and Heather are based right on the farm, so they’re always nearby if you need anything during your stay.
The Prancing Pony is nestled within Trewern Ganol farm, where you’ll be surrounded by a working countryside landscape filled with dairy cows, sheep, horses, and a few friendly goats.
What makes this place even more special? The entire farm, including the magical underground homes, is powered by their own sustainable hydroelectric system.
