Gorgeous little Hobbit Home 5/5

Our family of four had the best time staying at Panteg. The property is as beautiful as the pictures advertising it online. The host’s were discreet but on hand and helpful. We woke up to horses and cows most mornings and were visited by a friendly sheepdog regularly. The hot tub was a definite bonus we all enjoyed relaxing in there every evening after a day exploring the waterfalls snd climbing Mt Snowdon. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you x

Panteg 4.7/5

Had a lovely time at Panteg. The location was superb and secluded, situated next to a lovely river. The accommodation was well kept and tidy and was a wonder to stay in. Hot tub was lovely and comfortable. There are some lovely horses in the fields next to the home and they are friendly. Would recommend!

Perfect escape away from everything 5/5

The 3 of us absolutely loved our stay, the cabins are amazing and in a beautiful location, with amazing views surrounding it & backing on to the farm it was just perfect! A proper getaway location, exactly what was needed & we are so glad we found it! The hot tub was a great extra and we made use of it every day, The temperature was great and was cleaned daily. Being alongside the ponies at the farm we decided to opt for my daughter to groom the horses with the hosts which I spotted while browsing through the book, my daughter was so grateful for taking time out of their day to show her around the farm and says it was the highlight of the stay for her! There is a few little shops and a beautiful waterfall spot not far from the location & Oswestry is around 25/30mins away which was lovely to walk around, the gardens there are lovely! It also has a few supermarkets, all your essential shops & some quirky places to eat. We visited Bala lake also which is a great location though a little over crowded with the nice weather and the school holidays, few little shops and restaurants there also. We will definitely be back at some point to relax, explore a few more places & we highly recommend you check out this beautiful underground house too! *****

A perfect getaway 5/5

We stayed for 4 days at the start of December and found Panteg to be the perfect escape from our busy 2023 workload. It was so good to switch off from everything. The place was clean, warm, and cosy. The hot tub and fire pit are the perfect additions and we look forward to visiting again.

Amazing stay 4.3/5

Panteg was beautiful - amazing location, so peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub was a real treat! Shame about the flies but the citronella incense sticks soon helped with that. A few things were missing such as salt, pepper and milk that were listed as being provided. Hand soap in the bathroom was also very low. Otherwise an amazing stay and would be more than happy to go back!

Hobbit House 4.5/5

The stay was lovely, tea, coffee and sugar is provided, need to bring your own milk. We got lost on arrival what three words really needed. Place was clean, comfortable for the kids but it wasn't comfortable space wise for 2 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Hot tub was lovely, farmer who checked on us was lovely and kind. Folder needs to be updated with instructions for the hob and maybe dog walks nearby. Would of been nice to be able to access the stream to the side of the hut. Also becareful of stinging nettles next to the door. We were there during a down pour and the electricity went out but was back up quick enough just be careful in that type of weather a lot of branches landed close to the car. The animals were very friendly and the town was super lovely bring cash though for the village. Overall we would recommend but maybe just adults not kids and a dog too.

Brilliant! 5/5

Gorgeous little hobbit hut in a serene and idilic surrounding! Perfect getaway spot with the dog! Lovely friendly village with a gorgeous fish & chip shop, cafe/post office- dog friendly and would recommend a visit! Perfect location for exploring with the dog and going on long walks (all within 30 min drive from the hobbit hut). The friendly lambs were an added bonus and enjoyed watching the sunsets in the hot tub!

Beautiful hobbit home in a magical location 5/5

I miss panteg so much! Me and my daughter loved every minute of our four night break! The hobbit hut was so cute and cosy! Bed was so comfortable! We felt tucked away from everything and we loved looking out to the horse's and the sheep as we enjoyed our evenings in the hot tub looking at the stars! We had rain for alot of the time we were there but we didn't care! It added to the cosy feel! Daffyd was great! Bought over a little lamb to say hello! Was very polite and helpful! The views were so beautiful
