Just across from this, a neat kitchen comes complete with central furnishings, and a lovely compact dining area makes a perfect place to admire the views, whilst enjoying your favourite meals. Tucked into the corner, you will find a very elegant shower room, holding a white finish, and echoing nothing but quality throughout.
Completing the inside, a double bed is a nice addition, so that you can relax in complete comfort and experience a peaceful nights sleep.
Step outside, and the breath-taking views will sweep you away, layered by eye-catching farmland and a hill-side backdrop resting in the distance. If this isn't enough, a hot tub lies to the front, where you can relax and be at one with the sky and nature.

Places to Visit
Visit the magnificent Victorian Dams of the Elan Valley, a network of 6 stunning dams and a nature reserve of 2000 acres! This opens up fabulous countryside for exploring. Enjoy the flat sweeping paths alongside Caban Coch Dam or head off for a more strenuous mountainous walk. The perfect location to spend the day exploring the great outdoors or just sit and marvel at the structures - especially if the water is flowing fast!
The Cambrian Mountains and the Wye Valley offer completely different experiences and landscapes. The area boasts a dark sky status, perfect for stargazing on a romantic evening. Why not take some time to visit the local kite feeding stations at Gigrin Farm in Rhayader? Watching the majestic Red Kites circle and feed in large numbers is truly breath-taking and it’s worth taking time to sit back and simply gaze at the national bird of Wales.
Rhayader town is a real hidden gem. A bustling market town where you will find lovely local independent shops, cafes and pubs including a traditional hardware store – a real treat and a blast from the past.
Rhayader is close to Builth Wells, home to the Royal Welsh Show and Show Ground, a perfect distance to be able to easily attend one of the many annual shows and still be able to retreat to the stunning Mid Wales countryside.
Take a trip to Gilfach Nature Reserve, where you will find over 400 acres of open moorland, flower rich grassland and oak woodland, offering a circular nature trail and a great place to enjoy a picnic at one of the spots and simply relax and let the world go by. Or how about a day trip a little further afield to Nant Yr Arian - a hot spot for mountain biking might we add!

Valley View is a property owned by HolidaysWales LTD. Made up of 3 generations. Howell and his 2 sons, Ben and Jake, Gemma, Ben’s partner, and 3 beautiful children, Archie, Monty and Ivy. Not forgetting Jake’s handsome little boy Jack. We really are a family business.
Ben, Gemma and their 3 children live just down the road from the HolidaysWales Village, so they are never far away if you have any questions or enquiries about your stay.
On site, there is 4 Hobbit Huts, 5 Shepherds Hut and 4 Glamping Pods - The HolidaysWales Village some may say!
We run HolidaysWales LTD along side our Beef and Sheep farm, so you’ll see lots of our 4 legged friends around the place.
