Inside the property you are welcomed to an open plan kitchen/dining area, the perfect area to gather for meal times and the chef of the party will feel right at home in the traditional country kitchen, with an abundance of work space and amenities as well as boasting an impressive AGA framed by a traditional oak beam, this really adds to the authenticity of this area, you will be reluctant to move through to check out the rest of this house when this is the first area you visit! The dining space in the kitchen is the perfect place to grab a quick breakfast or a for a friendly board game in the evening, with a wall mounted television too you can really make the most of this area.
Further into the property you will find the dining room, with a large mahogany table and seating for the whole party this is where the evening feasts will take place, the perfect space for whole party gatherings full of fun, food, laughter & lots of memory making.
Leading off from this area is a large hallway where you will find the living room & separate snug. Both accommodating cosy wood burners for taking the chill off those cooler evenings, ideal for a cosy night in catching up on your favourite series. The main living room has ample seating with French doors leading out onto the spacious garden area. Downstairs you can also find a ground floor bedroom with plush king size bed and en-suite shower room.
Upstairs you are simply spoilt for choice with the five spacious bedrooms, with the choice of king size or single beds in select rooms this property really can accommodate all parties. The family bathroom has a warming bath tub, offering you sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the group downstairs.
The garden to the back of the property is a real hidden gem of Treboeth, with plenty of space for the children to play and your four legged friends to sniff and roam, hours of fun can be had here- without even getting in the car!
This property has two staircases leading to the first floor as well as a large utility room- the perfect place for those muddy wellingtons & coats after a day of exploring the local footpaths over the idyllic Welsh countryside.
If you are feeling active, you can explore miles of Offa's Dyke path which passes through the town of Knighton, offering superb walking, cycling and bridle paths.

Treboeth Farmhouse is a property owned by Gemma, Ben & Jake. Along with Ben & Jakes father, Howell and his grand children, three generations work to keep the site and guest experience above satisfactory, it really is a family run business!
Ben, Gemma & Jake also own 'The Views' site of Glamping Pods, Shepherds Huts & Underground Houses near the town of Rhayader, as well as the HolidaysWales Agency.

Amazing! We spent a week here for a long over due family get together and it was the perfect place! Ample rooms, beds, space facilites were excellent and nothing was to much trouble for the owners! We will be back!

An absolutely amazing time at this lovely farm house. Ample space for our families to relax and enjoy. The kitchen is spacious and the AGA is a real lovely touch. Highly recommend for big groups.
