Upstairs you are simply spoilt for choice with the five spacious bedrooms and a choice of king size or single beds in select rooms this property really can accommodate all parties. The family bathroom benefits from a bath, offering you sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the group downstairs.

This property has two staircases leading to the first floor as well as a large utility room the perfect place for those muddy walking boots and coats after a day of exploring the local footpaths. If you are feeling active, you can explore miles of Offa's Dyke path which passes through the town of Knighton, offering superb walking, cycling and bridle paths.

The garden to the back of the property is the real hidden gem of Treboeth. With plenty of space for children to play and your four legged friends to sniff and roam, hours of fun can be had here without even getting in the car!
