Set in an elevated position with delightful views over the surrounding farmyard, Treboeth Farmhouse offers a tranquil rural retreat, ideal for large gatherings. With its traditional features, modern amenities, and the indulgence of a private hot tub, it’s a place to relax, reconnect, and recharge.
After a day of exploring the Welsh countryside, return to the cosy and inviting surroundings. Prepare a hearty meal in the spacious farmhouse kitchen, then gather around the large dining table to enjoy food and laughter with friends or family.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area is designed for togetherness. The well-equipped country kitchen boasts ample workspace and modern conveniences, with a stunning AGA framed by a traditional oak beam—adding to the farmhouse’s authentic charm.
Next to the kitchen, the dining room features a large table with seating for the whole group—perfect for shared meals and special moments.
A wide hallway leads to both a snug and a spacious living room, each warmed by wood-burning stoves, creating a cosy setting for relaxed evenings. The main living area includes ample seating and French doors that open onto the generous garden, ideal for summer evenings or morning coffees.
The ground floor also offers a stylish bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed and en-suite shower room, making it a great option for guests who prefer step-free access.
Upstairs, you’ll find five generously sized bedrooms with a mix of king-size and single beds to suit all party types. The family bathroom includes a bathtub—perfect for a long soak after a day outdoors. Two staircases connect the upper level, and a large utility room on the ground floor keeps walking boots and outdoor gear out of the way.
The rear garden is Treboeth’s hidden gem—a spacious, secure area where children can play freely and dogs can roam to their hearts’ content.
