Beautiful Location 4.5/5

Had an amazing few days in Meadow View. Loved that the area and garden were secure so dog could roam free. Arrived and pod has everything you need, including a fan which was welcome as was a very warm few days. Fridge let it down slightly as scratched on outside but still clean and functional. Loved the ice-cream van that came and even had dog ice cream! Would definitely be back again as very relaxing stay!

Anniversary Stay 5/5

Lovely break away marking our 31st Anniversary, the hut was in a beautiful location with views over the valley, well equiped, and super clean. The hot tub was a lovely addition which pleased my wife as shed been asking to stay somewhere that had one. Overall a lovely few days away in May.

Amazing. 5/5

I didn’t know what to expect as this was my first time staying in a pod but as we came over the hill all I could see was the beautiful Christmas lights that were outlining the edge of all the pods. As we pulled up it felt cosy and perfect, away from any distractions, clean and easy to find. Inside was everything we needed, our dog was very happy to and loved roaming around the private garden. Even though it was raining and windy it didn’t stop us enjoying the hot tub with some wine. We can’t wait to book it again! Highly recommend.

Perfect 4.8/5

A fantastic place to relax and enjoy the stunning views. We like to get out for a walk and its very quiet. Red kites in abundance. Cosy inside and the hot tub is a wonderful way to watch the birds.

My 3rd stay at the site and once again enjoyed the stay. 4.8/5

My 3rd visit and loved every second. Meadow View was ideal for this solo trip. Comfortable bed, well loved sofa to chill out on and of course the hot tub. Kitchen had everything I needed for for my stay wirh kettle, toaster and microwave. I didn’t use the dishwasher and could have done with a little oven instead. Great location with fantastic views. Missed my daily visits from the goats. Looking forward to my next trip which is already booked for 2026

Leanne Homewood | 22 November 2025

Paul and tracey 4.8/5

Lovely 2 night break, the only thing put me off is the late check in of 4pm,basically you have lost half of the day way too late and checking out for 10 way too early no cooker in the pods aswell apart from that we enjoyed it .

Paul Owen | 05 July 2025

Meadow view 5/5

Fantastic break 5/5

Exceeded my expectations, really comfortable accomodation with everything you need. Set in a beautiful Location away from everything. Accomodation & hottub were both very clean & well maintained. Great for my dog Beau to roam free however he did manage to escape under the gate. * Only thing missing was an oven or air fryer

Fiona Jones | 11 May 2025

Clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs 5/5

We had a lovely stay and really appreciated the large secure garden for our dog. Customer service was excellent and flexible after we had car trouble and weren’t sure we’d be able to leave by checkout time. Really appreciate the understanding and flexibility! Would definitely book again.

Alison Thomas | 24 March 2025

Lovely stay 5/5

Absolutely lovely stay really enjoyed the location with lots of lovely walks with the dogs, pet friendly. The cleanliness was spot on with lovely lighting details in the room. I also noticed a new sofa as well so that was really nice and updated. The shower was nice and the hot tub was boiling hot so perfect! Bed was average size.

Rubi- Leigh Sanges | 23 January 2025

Relaxing stay 4.5/5

We enjoyed a relaxing stay at Meadow view.. location was good for us as not too far from the start of bike ‘route 81’. Good sized pod for 2 although a new mattress is needed along with a working smoke alarm, it would benefit from a bigger indoor doormat when the weather is wet, just a thought. Everything we needed was there, loved the hot tub with its views and red kites plenty of parking, we definitely will be back, would recommend for sure.

David Ellis | 03 December 2024

Perfect break 5/5

Had the perfect short break at meadow view, the lodge was lovely and clean and the views were incredible, the staff on site were very friendly as weee the locals in the near village

Steven Dipple | 24 November 2024

Beautiful, peaceful escape 5/5

We had such a lovely relaxing break at Meadow View. This pod is great if you have dogs – the garden is fully fenced and the hedges have grown, so even if the neighbours have dogs in the yard next door, they can’t be spotted 🙂 Our pod was very private and quiet. Hot tub was a perfect addition. The dogs were super relaxed when we kept disappearing to the tub, as they’d had lots of walks during the day so just went to sleep. The pod itself has everything you need. Very comfortable and cosy, and a really good use of space. The freezer compartment is very powerful! Don’t leave your prosecco in there too long or you’ll end up with a slush! The views around the site are really beautiful, and we enjoyed having a nosy and the other accomodation types on the site. Some were like little hobbit holes built into the hills, with great views over the bull field. There isn’t really anywhere to walk to nearby (shops/pubs) the village is a short drive away but would be a very long walk. We didn’t mind that at all though, because we just wanted to be settled in our pod from mid afternoon into evening. We visiting the Dams for a long walk with the dogs, which were really impressive. The garden area is great for exercising the dogs too. You can also buy firewood on site for the firepit. A gem of a place, and we’re really glad we found it!

Charlotte Rennox | 11 August 2024

A wonderful stay 5/5

This is a magical location and the accommodation a delight. It had everything we needed, a comfy bed, a powerful shower and amazing views. It was an added bonus to have a large enclosed garden where we could sit and watch the Red Kites gliding overhead.

Janet Hughes | 27 July 2024

Excellent stay 5/5

It’s in a great location, very good value for money, brilliant accommodation with everything you need.

Guest | 31 January 2024

Pleasant stay aspect superb. 4.2/5

The location is absolutely stunning. Accommodation was perfectly appointed and a cosy interior with everything you need. Just one small criticism our view was impeded by a leylandi hedge that needs I trim. Thanks to the staff who were very helpful with a couple of issues. Very relaxing holiday special place to be congratulated.

Pamela Marsh | 18 July 2023

A great bank holiday weekend 5/5

Meadow View is a lovely cabin. Very spacious for my partner and I, along with our little dog. Everything was in working order , and the whole pitch is so peaceful, very private and spacious for the dog to run around freely and safely. Obviously the hot tub is a big attraction and was very warm for arrival! The views are fantastic and location for access to Rhayader along with the Elan Valley is fantastic. Would fully recommend.
