Welcome to Claremont – A Stylish Seaside Escape on the North Wales Coast
Claremont is a charming pink Victorian house located in the heart of Llanfairfechan, a picturesque seaside village on the North Wales coast. Nestled along the vibrant, colourful Promenade, the home boasts sweeping views across the sea to Anglesey, Puffin Island, and the Great Orme—plus some of the most stunning sunsets you’ll ever see.
Beautifully renovated to an exceptional standard, Claremont blends original period features with modern, thoughtfully curated interiors. Each room has been individually designed to create a unique and welcoming retreat, combining bold wallpapers, patterned tiles, and an eclectic mix of vintage and contemporary furnishings.
As you approach the Promenade, Claremont stands proudly among a row of brightly coloured seafront homes. Step inside to a grand Victorian hallway with eye-catching geometric floor tiles that set the tone for the rest of the house. To your right, a stylish, newly added kitchen-diner awaits—perfect for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends.
The open-plan dining area features large windows framing uninterrupted sea views—ideal for enjoying dinner as the sun sets over Anglesey. A chic breakfast bar divides the space, making it a sociable hub whether you’re cooking or catching up. The kitchen itself features elegant quartz countertops, handcrafted encaustic tiles, an induction hob, electric oven, American-style fridge freezer, and a retro Roberts radio, along with ample crockery and glassware for your stay.
On the ground floor, you'll also find a beautifully appointed shower room and the first of four uniquely styled bedrooms, complete with a king-size bed.
Upstairs, the left wing leads to a laundry room, a separate WC, and a cosy bedroom with a triple bunk bed (one double below and one single above)—perfect for kids or a small group. On the right, you’ll find the master bedroom with another king-size bed, and next door, a spacious and elegant lounge that combines comfort and character. Relax on vintage furnishings, stream your favourite shows on the smart TV, and enjoy sweeping sea views from the bay window.
A few steps lead up to the final floor, where you’ll find a peaceful king-size bedroom and a stunning new bathroom featuring a luxurious roll-top bath and walk-in shower.
Throughout the property, the flooring has been newly installed, with plush, high-quality carpets—especially on the staircase—to enhance the comfort and elegance of this Victorian home.
Outside, a beautifully landscaped rear garden offers a peaceful spot to soak up the sunshine—an ideal place to unwind in warmer months.
Claremont’s location in Llanfairfechan places you at the gateway to Snowdonia, the adventure capital of Wales.
