Upstairs, you’ll find a king bedroom and a double bedroom with a shared bathroom, while downstairs offers the convenience of a WC and a sofa bed option in the lounge. Friendly, local pub in Whitland, Carmarthenshire situated opposite the railway station. Open for food, drinks and entertainment, with a great atmosphere.
Jabajak, Llanboidy, 6 miles
For centuries Banc Y Llain was a droving farm and was a key stopping point for farmers driving their cattle off the Preseli mountains in North Pembrokeshire onto markets in Carmarthen or further east. As the cattle had to walk all the way, they had to be shod and this was done in the stone buildings that are now the Smithy restaurant. Why not join one of the Cellar Door Wine Tastings at 17.30pm, please book in advance.

Check In / Check Out
Standard check in is from 3pm & check out is by 11am
Pet FriendlyKennel Cottage is pet friendly and accepts up to 3 dogs. There is a fee of £10 per pet.
The garden is fully enclosed.
At no time are any dogs to be left inside the property unattended.
Sleeping Arrangements
There are 2 bedrooms in Kennel Cottage, please be mindful of the bed configuration when booking for 6 adults- 1 x King Size Bedroom
- 1 x Double Bedroom.
- 1 x Small Double Sofa Bed in Lounge
All bed linen is provided.
1 hand towel & 1 bath sheet are provided per guest.
If using the hot tub we recommend also bringing your own towels too!
Hot Tub & Outside Area
Kennel Cottage has its own private covered hot tub, what better way to relax during your stay then making full use of this whilst admiring the beautiful view!
The hot tub is emptied, cleaned & re filled at every change over - please be mindful that they may not be quite up to temperature when you first arrive.
There is outside seating and a covered seating area
Kitchen
The kitchen comes complete with oven & hobs, microwave, fridge with small freezer, toaster & kettle along with a Dolce Gusto Pods Coffee Machine .
We leave for all guests, tea coffee pods & sugar, and fresh milk from the local farm, and Welsh cakes with cakes or biscuits. There is also washing up liquid, cloths and a tea towel left.
Toilet roll, hand soap and body wash are also provided.
In the cupboards you will find: mugs, water glasses, wine glasses, bowls, dinner plates & tea plates as well as cutlery. For cooking, baking trays, utensils, mixing bowls, oven dishes.
Bathroom
In the bathroom you will find a shower over bath, hand sink, flushing toilet as well as toilet paper & hand soap.
There is also an additional WC with hand sink

There is good phone signal and ultra fast Broadband.
Heating
Kennel Cottage is fully heated with new electric radiators.
Parking
There is on street parking space for 2 cars in front of the house.

Charging of electric cars is not permitted at the property. -
