Pet Friendly

This property welcomes up to 2 dogs to our property, and with an enclosed garden, your pets can enjoy the outdoors safely.
Please note, dogs must never be left unattended inside the property. Additionally, we kindly ask that you be mindful and keep your dogs under control around any livestock.
There is an additional charge of £10 per dog, per night.

Linen & Towels

All bed linen is provided for your stay, along with one hand towel and one bath sheet per guest.
If you plan to use the hot tub, we recommend bringing additional towels for comfort and convenience.

Cots & Highchairs

We’re happy to provide a travel cot and high chair for your stay. Please note, these are available upon request and should be booked in advance.
Please be aware that travel cots do not come with bedding.

Hot Tub & Outside Area

This property comes with its very own private hot tub — the perfect way to relax and soak up the stunning views during your stay.To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, our hot tubs are emptied, thoroughly cleaned, and refilled at every changeover. Please note that they may not be fully up to temperature when you first arrive, but they’ll be ready to enjoy in no time!

Kitchen

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with a small freezer compartment, toaster, and kettle.
We provide all the essentials for your stay, including a tea towel, sponge, cloth, tea, coffee, sugar, and dishwashing liquid.
In the cupboards, you’ll find a selection of mugs, water glasses, wine glasses, bowls, dinner plates, tea plates, and cutlery. Plus, for cooking, you'll have baking trays, utensils, mixing bowls, and oven dishes at your disposal.

Bathroom

In the bathroom, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: a shower, hand sink, flushing toilet, heated towel rail, plus toilet paper and hand soap provided for your convenience.

Wi-Fi

This property includes Wi-Fi with a generally strong signal, though please note it may be occasionally intermittent due to our rural location.

Heating

This property is fully heated with radiators, so you’ll be warm and comfortable no matter the season.

Surrounded by rolling fields and the stunning Welsh countryside, this peaceful haven offers a unique opportunity to relax, recharge, and reconnect with nature.

The site features two beautifully converted barns, four cosy cabins, and the quirky Tin Shed — each full of character and comfort. Just over the fields, you’ll also find additional cabins and a selection of luxury glamping tents, offering even more ways to experience the magic of Mid Wales.

Thanks to our prime location just off the A44, getting here is simple — and once you arrive, the possibilities are endless. Bring your walking boots, bikes or books and explore the many scenic trails nearby, or simply unwind on your private terrace, complete with a hot tub and fire pit.

Situated in the Elan Valley taking different routes through the hills, valleys, rivers and woodlands each day. Exploring parts of the area that would be difficult to get to on foot, giving you the opportunity to experience the views, wildlife and tranquillity that the Elan Valley has to offer on horseback. Gilfach Nature Reserve, Rhayader (4 miles)
Take a trip to Gilfach Nature Reserve, where you will find over 400 acres of open moorland, flower rich grassland and oak woodland, offering a circular nature trail and a great place to enjoy a picnic at one of the spots and simply relax and let the world go by?.
