Brandy Cove. 5/5

My recent stay at Gower Coast Cabins in brandy cove was nothing short of magical, and I owe a debt of gratitude to John and Kerrie for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, their warmth and attentiveness made me feel truly welcome. The cabin itself was a sanctuary of cleanliness, with every detail meticulously maintained. But it was the breathtaking views from the cabin and the hot tub that truly stole the show. Waking up to the sight of the sun rising and wildlife was a joy I'll never forget, and sinking into the hot tub amidst such splendour was pure bliss. For future guests, I wholeheartedly recommend booking a stay at Gower Coast Cabins. It's a haven of tranquility where the cares of the world melt away, thanks in large part to the wonderful hospitality of John and Kerrie.

What an amazing place! 5/5

Had the most perfect stay for my birthday! The views, walks and location was beautiful. The dog loved the fact the cabin was enclosed and could sit on deck. The place itself was clean, fresh, smelled beautiful, cosy and had everything you needed. Lived the idea of the vending machine if you get the munchies at night. The hot tub was perfect, even in the rain! Highly recommend this place to anybody! Definitely will be back.

Beautiful stay 4.8/5

For our 1st wedding anniversary we decided to book this cabin. We had a lovely stay. The hot tub was great and a beautiful place. Some small issues but didn’t affect the stay. The bath does leak which I’ve informed the hosts about. The hot tub couldn’t warm up the next morning past 32 degrees so we couldn’t have a morning dip unfortunately. There are no lights around the walk way. I think it could benefit from some motion sensor lights for when it’s dark as it’s pitch black. The toilet basin had lots of condensation on it which dripped down the toilet and onto the floor making puddles Although there were some small issues we still had a lovely time. It’s quite remote not much around it but felt very cosy and beautiful

Nice weekend 4.3/5

We enjoyed our stay, nice location and views. Lovely cabin and set up, helpful owners. Personally the fact there's a hot tub we would have found a shower more beneficial than a bath, also the sofa bed is absolutely horrendous to sleep on, so so hard. Also there was no drinking glasses apart from wine ones in the cabin.

Magical... breathtaking ... fun 5/5

It was the most beautiful stay, the scenery was breathtaking and the location is just what we needed as a family. The hot tub was a bonus, and a firm favourite of our 2 year old. What made it special is we were able to bring our dog along too, and he was well accommodated too, which we appreciated. I find it difficult to find a beautiful cabin with a hot tub that will allow a dog to stay .... so thank you Gower coast cabins for being so inclusive and creating a luxury cabin for a really affordable price we cannot wait to book again for the summer

Amazing stay! Would definitely recommend! 5/5

We stayed for one night as a December getaway and loved it! The cabin is cozy and has everything you need. The hot tub was lovely to have a relax in and an amazing place to look out upon whilst enjoying a drink! We wish it wasn’t raining so that we could’ve made use of the fire pit but that just gives us an excuse to come back in future! Definitely the prime spot for a relaxing weekend away!

Peaceful stay 5/5

We spent 2 nights for my partners Birthday and from the time of booking it was perfect. John was great at communicating all the details needed prior to arrival to ensure we found the lodge easily. The lodge had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be returning.

Great getaway 4.8/5

We only stayed for one night for our wedding anniversary, we were looking for a quite getaway & that is exactly what we got. Lovely little cabin with everything we needed for the night. Only a few little negatives for us which were very little. Not enough towels, given there is a hot tub there & also general washing we didn’t feel that 2 towels was enough as we used the hot tub pretty much as soon as we got there, then when it came to having a bath before bed or even using the hot tub again at night the towels were soaking. Also we were in the very first cabin and did feel a little over looked, other guests who went to their cars walked straight passed looking in whilst we were in the hot tub and being on a public footpath also meant numerous dog walkers were having a nose every time they walked past. Even frosted glass or a private fence you can’t see through would have maybe made us feel a little more comfortable. Other than that though we had a great stay! Clean, comfortable & did exactly what we wanted out of it so thank you! We would recommend & we would come back, now we know the layout we would just book direct & choose a more private cabin.

Fantastic get away in the heart of Gower 4.8/5

We booked Brandy Cove because it was dog friendly and we wanted to take our dog with us to celebrate my partners birthday. The hosts were very accommodating and we had everything we needed in our cabin. The views were peaceful and beautiful, we visited local sights in Rhossili and had food in The Britannia Inn and The King Arthur Hotel which were outstanding and reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the hot tub and felt relaxed after our visit. The only downfall was that the bed wasn't as comfortable and the pillows were quite thin but that is the only fault I can think of. Everything else was perfect.

Carlie Andrews | 24 August 2023

Lovely location, great hut. Fab hottub 4/5

Beautiful hut in a great location with superb views. It’s also in a good location for all the beaches etc Outside space seating and hot tub were great. Good utensils and crockery in the kitchen although frying pan was not non stick and had a wobbly handle. Lovely bathroom with the copper tub and sink - however would have liked the option of a wraparound shower curtain or something so you can actually have a shower standing up. Outside it would have been nicer if the grass had been cut - but that’s probably just being a bit fussy (we were at brandy cove and brought our dog and the really log grass just makes it hard for locating and picking up poos that’s all!) My only other gripe would be that the mattress was poor - you can feel all the springs in it and it was very bouncy. I feel a lot of money has been spent on the cabin itself and the interiors and hot tub, but the bed just got an average mattress! Also the timer on the light in the bathroom stays on for far too long! We would come visit again

Lovely & Dog Friendly 5/5

We had a lovely time at Brandy Cove. Gorge cabin with copper bath and hot tub. The views are stunning and some lovely walks around the area. Great way for us to start married life and enjoy a break away for our Minimoon.

Stunning little escape 4.5/5

Literally a stunning little escape with peace and tranquility, all instructions given were easy to follow and a fantastic little up to date place to stay. Only one little negative was that the hot tub was carrying green like algae and quite a few dead insects. Apart from that a stunning little place.

Andrew Butcher | 12 June 2023
