We operate on a commission basis. There are absolutely no hidden fees, there is no cost for you to list with us. We deduct commission directly from owner payments
BOOKING SECURITY
A 20% deposit is required upon booking
OWNER PORTAL
You will have access to your owner portal which is available 24/7. Quick and easy to use, it has everything you need to know about your current bookings. You can also reserve and block dates for your owner bookings
SECURITY DEPOSITS
Prior to all bookings, a security deposit is held two days before the guest is due to check in. This is automatically held, and released 2 days after departure, giving owners peace of mind should there be any problems
