  • Can you tell me about the Security Deposit
    As per our terms and conditions which were agreed to when booking. The security deposit is held in the pending section of your account 2 days prior to arrival and the funds are released back to you 2 days after departure. This protects the owner should there be any damage during your stay. This is taken automatically against the card details on your booking, please call in advance of this should you wish the funds to be held on another account
  • How do we know what is included in the property we have booked?
    On each property all the information you could need is under the ‘Essentials’ tab, from whats included in the kitchen to how the property is heated!
  • Nearest Supermarket and places to eat?
    On each Property listed on our website you will find a ‘Eating & Drinking’ tab, on there you should find all the information you need from Cafes, to Pub Grub to Local Butchers.
  • Hampers
    Please refer to each property to see if hampers are offered
  • Lost Property
    Should you leave any items behind after your stay please get in touch. We are able to return items of lost property, please be aware there is a £15 fee for this to cover time, postage and packaging.
  • Pets
    A large amount of our properties accept pets, please be mindful that pets are not allowed on the furniture and there may be an additional charge per pet according to which property you stay at
  • Can I move my booking?
    You are able to move your booking prior to full payment being received which is 6 weeks prior to arrival. There is a £75 amendment fee to move the booking.
  • Cancellation
    Should you choose to cancel prior to full payment being received, the deposit is non refundable. Once full payment is received 6 weeks prior to arrival the booking becomes non refundable and no more changes can be made.
  • Can I amend my booking?
    No amendments are able to be made to the booking in the 6 weeks prior to arrival, if you can no longer continue with your booking dates we are able to amend the names on the booking free of charge
  • Blue light discount
    Unfortunately we do not offer a blue light discount at the moment
