In line with the terms and conditions agreed upon at booking, the security deposit is temporarily held in the pending section of your account two days before your arrival and is released two days after departure. This ensures protection for the owner in case of any damage during your stay. The deposit is automatically charged to the card used to secure your booking.
Each property on our website features an ‘Eating & Drinking’ tab, where you’ll find all the information you need—from local cafés and pubs to nearby butchers.
We offer many dog-friendly properties, and several even feature enclosed gardens where your furry friends can roam safely. Please respect each property by keeping dogs off the furniture and never leaving them unattended.
If you cancel before full payment is made, the deposit is non-refundable. Once full payment has been received, six weeks prior to arrival, the booking becomes non-refundable and no further changes can be made.
We are unable to make changes to booking dates within six weeks of your check-in. Amendments made before the balance is paid can be accommodated for a £75 fee. If you’re unable to attend, we’re happy to update the names on your booking at no extra cost, allowing someone else to take your place.
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide a blue light discount currently.
