So lovely we came back… 5/5

Our second visit to this lovely place which has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Waking up to beautiful views of the hillside, stargazing in the hot tub, watching a film projected onto the bedroom blind and toasting marshmallows around the fire pit, so many little details have been thought through to make your stay special. The homemade welcome treats and locally sourced produce on arrival were absolutely delicious. Thank you Jo and Ricky, fantastic hosts!

Perfect getaway 4.7/5

Such a nice little place for a getaway, Jo was lovely and we absolutely loved our treats that she had made. Stunning views and the hot tub was really nice, some really cute dinner places in Aberaeron which is around a 20 minute drive from here. The only minor downfall was the bed, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and very loud, every time you moved it made a loud noise/creek, we were up a lot in the night because of the bed but everything else was super!!

A fantastic stay at Dyffryn Ceri! 5/5

Staying at Dyffryn Ceri was just brilliant. It was super clean, smelt lovely and fresh and was just the perfect location for a relaxing weekend away. Everything was so well thought out and the owners made sure you had everything you could possibly need. Even down to the fact that there’s a projector there for you to enjoy watching something in the evening! Jo was so lovely and helpful which made the trip even sweeter! I couldn’t recommend this place more than I have already!

What an amazing stay! 5/5

If I had the choice, I would have stayed longer! The location is perfect. So secluded but a 15 minute drive to the lovely, colourful town of Aberaeron where we highly recommend "The Hive" for lunch - absolutely amazing! Dyffryn Ceri itself is everything and anything you need. It is beautiful, comfortable, has everything you need including a projector. We cooked both nights and had all the amenities available to us. The morning views are insane! Surrounded by mountain scenery and sheep. There are plenty of beautiful walks and places of interest to visit including Devil's Bridge and waterfalls. I just want to appreciate the homely touches made such as the plastic lit candles, blankets, cushions and milk/tea etc. It really did give Dyffryn Ceri the edge over anywhere we have stayed before. I can't recommend them enough and would like to thank Jo again for the amazing stay and fab communication.

Wonderful Valentine’s Day stay at Dyffryn Ceri 5/5

My boyfriend and I had such a lovely stay at Dyffryn Ceri. Jo gave us a very thorough welcome on arrival and made sure we knew everything about the cabin, which was so helpful. The hamper of treats was a really lovey touch and very much appreciated by us both. The cabin is well equipped, modern, furnished tastefully and very clean. We loved the customised bath robes and towels as well as the articulate visitor guidance booklet which made sure we were clued up on how to use all the features in the property but also knew what was available in the local area, such as shops, places of interest and restaurants and cafes. Despite the wet weather we encountered during our stay, we still ventured to explore some of the Ceredigion coastline, did a woodland walk and went to some local towns and were so delighted to return to a warm and cosy cabin at the end of the day. The hot tub was absolutely perfect - even in the rain - and a real treat. We loved waking up to the gorgeous view of the rolling hills and fields in the bedroom area and were delighted that the glass in the living space showcased the landscape too meaning we could sit and admire it when eating our breakfast or watching TV! It is so beautifully designed and what initially drew us to book this property. We cannot fault Dyffryn Ceri and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break with a partner. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful place, will definitely book again 5/5

We really enjoyed our stay over 2 nights. Restaurant right by the lodge which had lovely food. Not far to drive into the town if you want to visit the beach or more places for food. Our lodge was very clean, everything we needed was there. Beautiful hamper on arrival, owner was very welcoming and said we could call her if there was anything we needed.

A winter break 4.8/5

Fabulous accommodation in a very peaceful setting. Jo one of the hosts was extremely helpful and the welcome goodies were very generous and a pleasant addition. Access to the property is down a grassy slope which wasn’t a problem for us but could potentially be an issue for guests ‘less mobile’.

A perfect place to stay 5/5

We only stayed for 2 nights but it was perfect. Definitely would love to come back and stay longer. The owners are lovely and the cabin itself is gorgeous with amazing views. The hungry ram pub had lovely food and it’s literally on your doorstep so would definitely recommend eating there! Highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it.

A romantic break 5/5

We highly recommend staying here. A beautiful location, and a beautifully designed space. Sitting in the hot tub looking out over the fields was idyllic- we were sad to leave! The welcome hamper and little touches were so thoughtful, especially the homemade brownies and welsh cakes.

a 5 day break at Dyffryn Ceri 5/5

A lovely experience in beautiful surroundings. Great access to the West Coast of Wales. Nothing had been missed and every minor detail had been considered. The positioning/construction of the accommodation gave a sense of isolation in a private setting with no overlooking swellings. However, the owner was easy to contact if there had been any issues. I would highly recommend this property to others!

2 night stay 5/5

Amazing stay, nothing too much trouble, beautiful welcome pack and lovely owners, nice for a quiet getaway. Beautiful views especially as we sat in the hot tub, the kitchen has everything you could want. We loved every minute, only slight negative is the water pressure for the shower but this did not impact on our lovely experience.

Exceeds Expectations 5/5

Our stay way exceeded our expectations. The property was absolutely beautiful with even more beautiful views. We loved the secluded location. Jo checked us in, giving us a run-down of the property and all it had to offer. She was extremely welcoming and friendly, as were the staff at The Hungry Ram, where we went for a meal one of the nights.

Absolutely Beautiful 5/5

The location is rural, with beautiful views all around. A beautiful location to relax and unwind with picturesque views. Very quiet and peaceful location. The cabin was immaculate. Very trendy, very modern, extremely clean and tidy. Jo met us on arrival, she was very welcoming and showed us around every part of the cabin. Lovely complimentary hamper to welcome us too.

Beautifully relaxing! 5/5

Booked this place for my partners birthday and we both loved it! Such a change to be able to stay somewhere completely away from people. We only saw sheep! Ricky stayed in touch with us via WhatsApp which was great because we were slightly worried about finding the place. But he was so lovely and made sure we knew where everything was and how the hot tub/blinds worked. Also let us check in a little early as the place was clean and ready for us. Had an amazing welcome box which included Welsh cheese, crackers, Welshcakes, fruit and brownies etc. So good! The Hungry Ram restaurant is right behind this place and be aware it's only open Thursday-Sunday if you wish to dine there. But the kitchen comes FULLY equipped for cooking your own meals if needed. 10/10 would stay again for a special occasion, so glad we chose this place as there were no faults whatsoever. If I had to add one thing that I think is missing, it would be- a DVD player! (Just in case there's nothing to watch on telly) Thanks for sharing your place with us

An amazing two night stay in Dyffryn Ceri. 5/5

Myself and my girlfriend came to stay in Dyffryn Ceri for 2 nights Monday - Wednesday for a birthday celebration. The location was absolutely breathtaking and Jo was very welcoming and helpful through the entire stay. My partner had asked Jo if she was able to provide a birthday hamper of some sort for our stay which she provided, this included banners and balloons, freshly made cakes, wine and snacks. This gave a lovely add to the holiday and made it more special. Along with this Jo also provided us with fresh milk, fruit, local cheese and other small amenities which made our stay easy and felt personal. The hot tub was prepped and up to temperature when we arrived and we were given a full tour of the unit and all the information we needed. It’s close to a few small towns if you have a car which was lovely to visit and we have since had friends and family asking for the booking information simply just from pictures provided by us. We will 100% recommend this to others and will return soon! Thank you so much to Jo and family:).

Perfect 5/5

The owners of Dyffryn Ceri have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. The warmest welcome with an absolutely delicious hamper of local produce the homemade cakes were amazing! We loved the attention to detail in the cabin, waking up to stunning sunrises and stargazing from the hot tub in the evening. Dyffryn Ceri really makes the most of the incredible views, especially when it’s warm enough to open up the glass doors. The location was great for exploring west Wales with some great walks and beaches close by. We loved it!

A dreamy stay! 5/5

Wow! What a dreamy place this is. I am so happy to have found this place. We were welcomed by homemade vegan brownies and welsh cakes and birthday banners for my boyfriend. The cabin is so well designed, is super clean and finished to a very high stylish standard. We loved the hot tub, the location in beautiful mid wales and the incredible large windows bringing the outside in! Super friendly , informative and helpful host! Thank you : ) x

A weekend away without the kids 5/5

Dyffryn Ceri excited us when we saw the pictures but it was even better in real life! Beautifully fitted out, wonderful view and close to many local attractions. The welcome pack was the best we've ever received. Home made brownies, cakes, cheese, wine and berries that were so perfect, it looked like they were each chosen by hand. The host was very friendly and helpful as well. Can't recommend highly enough.
