Step inside to an open-plan living space and discover a homeliest of surroundings. With an exposed stone wall to one end which houses the fireplace and wood burning stove, you can wind down on the plush seating before the fire, with a TV to watch too you can catch up on your favourite series or film in this truly charming setting.
Further inside a neat fitted kitchen space has everything you need to make some tasty home-cooked meals, including an electric oven and two-ring hob, microwave and fridge, with further appliances including a freezer and a washing machine found in the ground-floor shower room.
Dine at the stylish dining table and chairs or delight in making the most of the sunny weather in summer and dine alfresco on your own patio next to the hot tub, afterwards taking a dip in the bubbling hot waters as the sun goes down.
Follow the stairs up to the mezzanine first-floor level to find the delightful double bedroom, with apex wooden beams gracing the eaves this really does give the cosiest of feels and is the perfect place to snuggle up and get that much needed lie in you gave been promising yourself.
Outside, the private garden has an idyllic lawned area with patio area and luxurious hot tub & outdoor seating. This really is the perfect place to take in the amazing rural views that surround the property, with a glass of your favourite bubbly in hand it really is a little peice of heaven.

Located a stones throw away from the likes of Elan Valley & Gilfach Nature Reserve there really is endless roads & views to explore or footpaths to seek out. A little further Devils Bridge hosts some famous waterfalls & bridges & the delightful The Hafod Hotel where you can enjoy a delicious lunch.

All bed linen is provided.
One hand towel & one bath sheet are provided per guest.
If using the hot tub we recommend also bringing your own towels too!
Cots & Highchairs
We are happy to provide a travel cot & a high chair for your stay. These are to be booked through us prior to your stay.
The travel cots do not have bedding included.
Hot Tub & Outside Area
Tegfan Barn has its own private hot tub, what better way to relax during your stay then making full use of this whilst admiring the beautiful view!
The hot tubs are emptied, cleaned & re filled at every change over - please be mindful that they may not be quite up to temperature when you first arrive.
Also included outside is a fire put and outdoor furniture.
Kitchen
The kitchen comes complete with electric oven, hobs, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, toaster & kettle as well as a washing machine.
We leave for all guests, a tea towel, sponge & cloth, tea coffee & sugar & fairy liquid.
In the cupboards you will find: mugs, water glasses, wine glasses, bowls, dinner plates & tea plates as well as cutlery. For cooking, baking trays, utensils, mixing bowls, oven dishes.
Bathroom
Ground floor shower room with shower, basin, heated towel rail and flushing WC.

Your Hosts
Meet Leanne and Graham ..
Graham, Leanne, and their three son's bought Tegfan Cottage in 2018. They opened their doors in the Summer of 2018 and haven't looked back.
They loved letting out this bungalow so much, they opened the doors of Tegfan Barn in 2020.
Graham and Leanne only live up the road so are always on hand if anyone has any questions, or just wanting a chit chat.Surrounding both of their wonderful properties are plenty of livestock, sheep, cows and even horses! Not forgetting the fabulous view of the Cambrian Mountains.
