The Hayloft is a luxuriously modern converted barn, situated in the rolling hills of Radnorshire. This 5 bedroom property is set over three grand floors, with 1 unique mezzanine King size bedroom with en-suite facilities, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double and single bed as well as 1 twin bedroom.

The perfect base for friends and family, accommodating a party of 11! The well equipped kitchen, opens into the bright, large sitting/dining room, surrounded by breathtaking views, through the vaulted glass apex window. The tall ceilings and rustic oak beams brings the countryside indoors, perfect to sit back and unwind whilst watching the sun go down across the valley.

Leading from the sitting room, a pair of gorgeous bifolding doors opening to the large garden/patio area. Enjoy a glass, or two of bubbles with your friends, under the stars in the private hot tub, taking in the views of the surrounding Welsh Hills, before wining and dining the night away!

Located in the undulating countryside of the Welsh Marches, the Hayloft is just three miles away from the quaint villages of Llangunllo and Bleddfa.

Only a short drive away from the thriving market town of Knighton, this barn is situated near the Offa’s Dyke Path – a very popular spot for keen walkers and cyclists. This path wind’s its way towards the Shropshire Hills AONB, filled with charming villages and towns, punctuating magical countryside.

The Hayloft is perfectly situated to explore the beautiful, ever changing countryside, for both friends and family, with countless opportunities to walk in the countryside, and only 3 miles away from the nearest pub!

Woodland Escape is delightful Pod situated in the Welsh Countryside with Beautiful Views for you to enjoy from the comfort of your own Private Hot Tub.

The open-plan living and kitchen area makes a stylish statement with on-trend furnishings. A large fixed L-shape sofa with scatter cushions offers plenty of room for everyone to relax, before making up into an extra wide sleeping space.

In the kitchen, you’ll find sleek solid kitchen doors in light grey, complemented by copper finish handles and taps, a statement tile-effect splash-back and under-cupboard LED lighting. Space for the chef is optimised with a long worktop surface, while quality appliances including an integrated microwave and under counter fridge with freezer box, two-burner gas hob with extractor fan and domestic style sink bowl with drainer provide everything you need for preparing family meals together.

The rear dining area has seating for up to six around a freestanding table. At night, the space transforms for sleeping via a wall mounted pull-down double bed. Above the dining area is an upper bunk level which can be made up into a double or twin beds, featuring an access ladder.

The generous washroom includes a large shower enclosure, heated electric towel radiator, contemporary dual flush WC, vanity cupboard with sink, shaver socket and extractor fan – perfect for freshening up ahead of the next adventure.

The Fox Den

A unique cosy little pod tucked away in a few trees in the Heart of Mid Wales. The Fox Den is the perfect getaway for a family of 4. It really does use all the space well, sit back and relax with a good book, whilst the children use the fenced area around the pod to play. A small kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook up good welsh breakfast or an evening meal to enjoy in your cabin or on the outdoor seating area whilst taking in the Welsh Scenery.

Perfect for cosy evenings in, the efficient TV unit contains a mini fridge and storage, and you can kick back and relax on the two sofas, one with storage underneath which also pulls out to a single bed, and one which transforms into an innovative pull-down bed.

For further sleeping space, there’s also a fixed high-level child’s bunk with removable ladder in the living area, and a dining area is created with a foldaway table.

The convenient kitchenette includes a two-burner gas hob with extractor, sink and microwave with shelving, and additional storage is provided by overhead cupboards.

In the practical, yet stylish washroom, is a large shower enclosure, contemporary dual-flush WC, heated towel rail and shower socket, plus generous storage via a vanity cupboard with sink, and large cupboard. A window lets in natural light, and an extractor fan keeps everything fresh and dry.

Lying amidst the gorgeous mid-Wales countryside is this lovely barn conversion, Tegfan Barn, offering a romantic retreat for two, or an escape with friends to Pant-y-dwr near Rhayader.

Venture out to the nearby town of Rhayader for anything you may need, from supermarkets for ingredients, cafés and tearooms for afternoon treats, to delicious pub grub and well-deserved drinks following a day of walking, Rhayader can cater to you.

Badgers View is set amongst a few ‘burrows’, a quirky subterranean house in the hill with stunning views across the farmland towards the Elan Valley. You will feel truly hidden away and as if you have stepping into your own fairy tale, relish looking through the spherical windows tucked in the undulating meadow or sit outside your magical grotto in your hot tub and enjoy the views.

 

This unique ‘underground home’ is the epitome of ‘hidden’ gem, cosy, compact and comfortable, peek out the round windows and pop the children into bed in their own ‘secret burrow’ then relax inside or out, the views are amazing from all angles.

 

Beautifully equipped everything you need for a relaxing break, two kingsize bedrooms and a childs bunk room with single and cot bed, our living area has a kitchen with oven and hob and fridge with ice compartment, breakfast bar and comfy seating, we have a spacious shower room with double basin and toilet.

Foxes View is a delightful tucked away house in the hill, with beautiful views across the valley, framed with round windows making this a perfect hidden retreat.

Enjoy the views from inside the hill in an ideal location from which to enjoy the countryside near the popular market town of Rhayader. This is a real hidden gem; unique, comfortable and stylish, sit in bed and look through the round windows, tuck the children in bed in the ‘secret’ bedroom or sit outside and enjoy the luxury of the hot tub with the same fabulous view.

Everything is on hand will all the comforts of home, two kingsize bedrooms and a childs bunk room with single and cot bed, our living area has a kitchen with oven and hob and fridge with ice compartment and we have a spacious shower room, basin and toilet.

Sit and relax and enjoy the views with a glass of something cold on the patio or relax into the hot tub.

Rhayader and the surrounding area has its own hidden gems too, lovely places to eat, watch the Red Kites fed locally, explore the majestic Elan Valley or enjoy a mosey in the local Gilfach Nature Reserve.

A delightful cottage, beautifully renovated with modern interior and a fabulous feeling of light and space, tucked on the edge of the owners farm and surrounded by stunning valley scenery.

The fabulous views and welcoming cosy interior make an ideal place for families and small groups to explore the undulating Welsh countryside, offering the perfect venue to relax in.

Each room opens off the spacious hallway with a comfortable lounge, where you can snuggle down in front of the TV, a separate well equipped kitchen with dining area leading onto a gem of a conservatory, relax and enjoy the changing views in all weathers, perfect for a morning coffee or evening glass of something cool.

There is a stylish family bathroom with a shower over.

The master double room benefits from countryside views, perfect to watch the world go by with a cup of tea and is adjacent to the equally cosy twin room.

Step outside to a myriad of views from all angles, sit and enjoy them on the patio, perhaps toast a few marshmallows on the fire pit or relax in the enticing hot tub.

Bryncylla Cottage

Bryncylla is a spacious farmhouse, standing on its own in an elevated position at the end of a private no-through lane, above the village of at Llangurig, which has a shop and pubs. The house has wonderful, far-reaching views over the surrounding countryside and is surrounded by paddocks and woodlands; the view can be admired from a lovely patio area to the side of the house with garden furniture and luxury hot tub. The owner, who lives on site, keeps and breeds horses, using adjacent outbuildings and barns attached to the house.

The house has some lovely period features, is comfortably furnished and well equipped, with oil-fired central heating throughout. WiFi available.
